River Bluffs Health and Wellness is now taking patients! Whether it is your own personal journey to wellness, or you are referring others that you care for, we want to partner with you. We believe strongly in holistic intervention and collaboration. While medication can be an important part of recovery and staying well, it is only one piece of the puzzle that is health. By combining medication management with individual therapy, patients will receive care where they feel heard, validated, and comfortable in a non-judgmental space.
Our psychiatric nurse practitioner sees clients ages 5 to 65 located in or near La Crescent, Minnesota, or virtually throughout the state of Minnesota. We are currently accepting new patients. About Us
River Bluffs Health and Wellness was founded in May of 2022 and provides mental health services within the state of Minnesota. This includes psychiatric care (diagnostic assessment and ongoing medication management) for ages 5 to 65, with supportive therapy embedded within medication visits.
We are now offering in-person care from our newly renovated La Crescent, MN office. We can also provide telehealth visits throughout the state of Minnesota.

We are in the process of contracting with other insurance companies, and cash/self-pay is always an option. We are happy to share rates upon request! We are also able to provide clients with a claim form to submit to insurance companies we are not contracted with for out-of-network care. Ask for an itemized receipt of payment if you would like to submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement as well!
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any form of Medicare plan at this time, and are not able to work with individuals dual-insured with Medicare.
