Treatment Approach: "I am committed to partnering with my patients on their journey to mental wellness, and strongly believe in the power of holistic intervention and collaboration with my patients. While medication can be an important part of recovery and staying well, it is only one piece of the puzzle that is health. I strive to combine medication management and individual therapy in such a way that it allows patients and family to feel heard, validated and comfortable in a non-judgmental space. I can teach you coping skills and mindfulness strategies as well as grounding techniques, and take the time to genuinely listen to each person's story."

Personal Interests: "I am passionate about people, and love learning about their experiences and what 'makes them tick.' I love spending time outdoors, with many hobbies including fishing, boating, camping, riding motorcycle and hunting. I also enjoy reading, movies, and anything psychology. As a mom, I love spending time with my family and creating new experiences and adventures for us together."
